Requirements for
customers to receive this rebate are as follows. The
sale of a Hud-Son product that qualifies for the rebate
must be invoiced during the period of November 9th
through December 31st. Factory rebate requires proof of
purchase, complete rebate form, and signed warranty
card. Proof of Purchase is a copy of the original
invoice paid in full. Requested information must be
mailed to Hud-Son Forest Equipment, Attn: Melissa, PO
Box 345, Barneveld, NY 13304 or faxed to 315-896-2815,
Attn: Melissa. All requested information must be
physically received by January 16, 2010, no exceptions,
regardless of product delivery. All rebates will be
processed in the order that they are received. Checks
will be mailed directly to the customer. Rebates cannot be
used with any other promotions. |
