This traditional wood splitter is a great affordable solution for those who need a greater supply of firewood. This splitter has a 13hp motor and a 10-second cycle time. The HW3:16 will get your production needs done in record time. Many options are available for this splitter including a 24″ wide 4-way wedge and a wood splitting tray for reprocessing. This splitter also compliments most conveyors. Log cradles are another nice add-on making work easier, by helping to hold the block in place.

I bought this splitter about a month ago and I am very happy with it . It is built with high quality welds and craftsmanship. 13 hp motor has more than enough power to push the largest rounds through the 4 way wedge. The motor seems to be well built and runs smooth. It is not a Briggs and Stratton motor which I had expected but I’m told that parts are available. We’ll see for future but not the motor that I would expect from a company that promotes Made In The USA logo . The front edge of the 2 way wedge is getting damaged from the 4 way moving up and down, some modification will be needed. Overall, this splitter is built very rugged and robust , I’m sure it will outlast me.
